Thanks to all of the people who helped him along on his journey including the crew at Hoofbeats and Heartbeats who fostered him for many months and most recently to Cariana and Patty for working with him to help get some great photos and videos to help him connect with adopters.
Nutella
CONGRATULATIONS Nutella!!
Nutella has been adopted by Heritage Farm in Huntington, WV where he is already made tons of friends at the horse camp hosted there this past weekend.
Thanks so much to everyone involved with Nutella's process including Jessica who originally placed him and then offered a safety net when he needed rehomed and his previous owner who reached out to let her know Nutella needed rehomed to make sure he landed somewhere safe.
Dawn Star Stables fostered Nutella and is fostering his friends Gooseberry and Croissant. The team there has been absolutely INCREDIBLE this summer, knocking this fostering thing out of the PARK. They send us incredibly helpful updates, great candid photos and videos all while making sure their fosters have a well rounded number of useful experiences to make them more adoptable. They have been such a gift.

SADIE went to her new home yesterday. She will be a friend to her adopter’s horse Monkey.

ALLIE and JOY (both 31 years old) went to their adoptive home this week. These girls deserve a beautiful retirement and we are so grateful that a wonderful adopter came along to offer that to them.

CONGRATULATIONS MELLO: Her rehab was long and difficult. But she is doing amazing now and she has some exciting news to report! Her foster mom Sarah T. has decided to adopt her

Snapple
Snapple (now Apple) on your recent adoption.
Snapple was adopted by a family who participated in our Treasure Hunt program last summer. This program aims to prepare first time horse owners to be great adopters. This family continued to volunteer even after completing the program, to continue to build their skills.
In addition to this, they visited Snapple often at the foster home where she was being trained and took lessons there with the trainer and Snapple to make sure they were prepared for success.
We go above and beyond to match people with their Right Horse because that works out best for everyone....especially horses like Snapple.
Thanks to the humane officer who saved Snapple and to Sarah T. for training her and working with this family. Also thanks to everyone else who had a hand in Snapple's rescue and recovery.

CONGRATULATIONS to Bailey and Kahlua on their recent adoption We know they will be spoiled and loved in their adoptive home where they have these sweet young ladies to keep them company.

CONGRATULATIONS to Peaches on finding a great adopter. She went home this weekend and is settling in great.
Peaches had several amazing fosters during her time with us and we are so thankful to them all.
She really had a chance to shine at Dawn Star Stables with Brittany C. and her team.
Peaches came to us through the ASPCA's Horse Adoption Express Program and we are so happy to have been able to help her find a great match.

FOXIE has been adopted by her foster family and we couldn't be happier for her. Foxie came to us several weeks ago as part of the ASPCA's Horse Adoption Express.
We are thrilled to have been able to match her with a great family.

CONGRATULATIONS to Honey on her adoption this weekend. She joins three other previously adopted West Virginia Horse Network, Inc. horses in her new home (Chip, BB and Arabella). This big beautiful mare is going to be doing amazing things and we can't wait to hear all about it

We'd like to congratulate FLICKA on her adoption.
While Flicka was fostering with our vet getting her hooves sorted out....Flicka met a very senior little mini named Hippie.
From the moment these two met they were the very best of friends. Hippie is now Flicka's permanent shadow.
